Even one man who has abused power over decades are still awaiting to answer #MeToo movement and witness how many women have encountered Weinsteins around the globe.

Since Sunday night #MeToo has been used more than 200,000 times which gained momentum after actress Alyssa Milano gave a platform to the sexual assault victim to come forward and join the movement in solidarity.
PERSONAL NOTES SHARED
Many social users share their own stories some with their own identity and some being anonymous. One Twitter user came up with a post : “ He plied me and forced for a tongue kiss when I was just 19. I got this guilty feeling of being drunk and kept blaming myself.”
Members of transgender community including actor singer Javier Munoz joined this campaigns sharing their own experiences. Millions sharing their personal stories with hash tags proving how this predatory behaviour is hardly constrictive to the movie world. The idea behind #MeToo was powered to bring in a change of sexual predation confronting the scale of colossal. But there are billions without internet access whose voice needs to be leveraged high, cutting edges with some stomach churning experiences of shared hash tags being just at the tip of iceberg. This surely can’t stop the Weinstein’s’ in the runway. The #MeToo movement has undoubtedly steered a worldwide cultural shift helping the victims much before they reach HR or police.
RUTHLESS TOUCH THAT SHATTERED EMOTIONS
The Nirbhaya protests were a watershed phase in India with many verdicts. There is much more added to the book with the daily new crime exposing sexual violence disfiguring our society. People were too much moved with the National conversation about Nirbhaya, where there was a cultural shift to wake up and raise their voice about rape or and sexual abuse. Now it is actually great to hear grandparents, parents and children talking about it in an open platform and exchanging their thoughts giving a sense of security to their little ones.
Many of my male friends are sheer at prevalence to such experiences. This courage has left women unscathed irrespective of age or geographies. But it is also true that men are even the targets of sexual harassment by their female bosses. It is also very unlikely to have the chances of ‘Disclosure’ of reverse sexual harassment in a country like India.
The indicative touch of Harvey Weinstein as serial and ruthless sexual abuser has set off this catharsis. It is a matter of fact that many women have come out with their experiences decade later and the question is WHY?
Time has changed -Is that the clichéd and brief or as I say the most unsatisfactory answer?
The “spoilsport, trouble maker” is drew comment made out of nuts. The silence remained antipathy from those seated at the top regardless of gender with sealed words and hesitant thoughts to be bold enough and let the world know about the predators.

Since the millennium inception job security has been a vital factor in India and with it came the “sexual harassment” which was deemed to be a part of this secured job. Work is more diverse and the unconventional jobs are even more than the staid ones, breaking away women from putting up with harassment and sexual innuendo, considering a fact that those in government jobs are even less vocal than others.
Thanks to the peer pressure for getting work places generally more sensitive and denting them by exposing on social media. With the trending worldwide hash tag #MeToo many other hash tags are also being generated like in France they have come up with #balancetonporc and #Womenwhoroar to encourage women unveil and shame their attackers and roar their voice.
